Ebony from Eureka Taxis ( Ballarat ) was extremely helpful with the trip.I’m using crutches & Ebony helped with getting myself out of the taxi & did whatever she could to help myself out.The Best Driver I have run across!Paul Hamilton

Excellent service very efficient,clean taxi.Very polite driver.
Sadly over charged after confirming price upon booking a taxi. Both collections from each location were 30 minutes past confirmed booking times however all sorted by a very understanding operations manager who took ownership of performance and applied a discount.

You asked for 6 people which is a maxi tariff and the price that was quoted from my staff was for 4 passengers which is a totally different tariff. There are taxis & taxis, but only one can be recommended by this 91 yer old handicapped female depending on assistance right into her selected venue, not a mere drop-off.Only safe drivers are employed, not show-offs, really unpleasant drivers I haveexperienced previously in other ‘services’.Each driver is courteous and a friendlyconversationilst.Obviously, I am a most appreciative frequent user.My name is Frances.
