By choosing Eureka Taxis Ballarat, you can use your NDIS transport funding and take control of your travel. Our fleet of vehicles includes taxis and wheelchair accessible vehicles to get you to and from where you need to go in a vehicle suited to your individual needs.
Additionally, unlike others, our call centre is manned by real & local people all day – every day, 365 days a year.
You will generally be able to access funding through the NDIS for transport support if you are unable to use public transport without substantial difficulty due to your disability. You can refer to your individual NDIS plan to see if you have transport funding available.

Every one of our drivers are extensively trained to undertake work from any situation. Our NDIS co-coordinators leave very detailed instructions on all NDIS account(s) for driver(s) to see.
M40 / Multi Purpose Taxi Program (MPTP) cards can not be used in conjunction with NDIS funding as per section 9 of the MPTP Terms and conditions. Any driver using M40 / MPTP cards with any other government subsidized payments should be reported to CPV via email mptp@cpv.vic.gov.au
How Eureka Taxis works within the NDIS
Eureka Taxis NDIS Accounts are available for anyone with a Self or Planned managed transport allowance from the NDIS.
It takes around 7-14 business days for us to complete the setup of your account, draw up and lodge your service agreement as well as get you setup within our system once we have received your signed service agreement.
We will invoice your plan weekly, within 14 days of any trip with a 7 day payment term (unless otherwise negotiated).

After more than two years providing mobility access for Australians with disability, we know one thing for certain; every passenger’s needs are different. That’s why we’re flexible when working with you to manage travel for your participants.
As a registered NDIS transport provider, we work directly with Support Coordinators like yourself to understand mobility needs and budget constraints, helping participants to make choices around their individual transport needs.
We work with you to prevent unnecessarily waste of funds and work towards fraud and unruly behaviours with participants.
Every NDIS participant is treated with dignity and respect on a first come, first served basis.
